CHERRY RHODES has performed at international organ festivals and at numerous National and Regional Conventions of the American Guild of Organists.  Concert appearances include recitals at New York’s Lincoln Center, Washington’s Kennedy Center, Chicago’s Orchestra Hall, as well as London’s Royal Festival Hall and Paris’ Notre Dame Cathedral.  Her performances have frequently been broadcast throughout the United States, Canada, and abroad.  She has recorded extensively.  A sought-after musician, Ms. Rhodes has given master classes and has served as an adjudicator on frequent occasions, and has premiered many organ works of leading composers in North America and Europe.  A graduate of the Curtis Institute of Music, where she studied with Alexander McCurdy, Ms. Rhodes received Fulbright and Rockefeller grants for study in Munich and Paris with Karl Richter, Marie-Claire Alain, and Jean Guillou. For two years, she was Guillou’s assistant at St. Eustache in Paris.  She is now on the faculty at the University of Southern California.
